🏠What is HousersNetwork?

HousersNetwork is a Real Estate Network developed to benefit the market as a whole. Whether you're a HomeOwner, investor, Agent, Lender or even a Service in the Real Estate industry, the Network is here to support you. This Revolutionary Software creates an extraordinary new way of how Humans buy/sell homes.

The main asset to any "MLS" is the Database. HousersNetwork is providing access to this said "MLS" (property data) to everyone. THERE WILL NO LONGER BE LIMITED ACCESS TO PROPERTY DATA. If you are an owner of a property you will have the privilege to change/maintain the data. If you are an Agent you will have access to change/maintain any property data for your clients. This means MLS fees will no longer exist for Agents.

The most Unique thing about HousersNetwork... the Network. You can now Connect with others through the Network, whether it be to buy/sell a property, find information/get an opinion on how to do something or follow your Friends & Family to see their Property Design. You can now message anyone within the Network through our Messaging Component, this makes it extremely easy to do any type of business in regards to Real Estate. No more handing out Phone numbers and/or Email Addresses to communicate with others. Simply Upload & send Documents to sign or Upload & send images of a property.

Along with the Messaging Component is a Timeline/Forum. This is where you can share Posts about anything you'd like. (we prefer keeping it about Real Estate but that's up to you). You can even ask questions about an issue you are having in regards to your property or provide some valuable information about the Real Estate Market. (current mortgage rates, property values in an area, etc.).

HousersNetwork provides Real Estate Businesses the ability to display their services within the Network so anyone can find them. For Example; if you are a landscaper and are looking for new clients you can list your services within the Network and someone can simply search for this service (landscaping) and your Business will populate so they can contact you. We have this feature tied down to the area of each user so you wont see Businesses unless they are local.

Since we have a Network, Agents will no longer be required to pay for leads, this saves them those hefty fees for 'zillow leads'.

All in all, HousersNetwork is changing how everyone does "Real Estate", for the Now & for the Future.
